Policy.
A clear explanation of how Stamuy handles account, email, publishing, analytics, and billing data.
Effective and last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy identifies Stamuy LLC and provides dedicated email channels for privacy and support requests.
1. Scope and business responsible
Stamuy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is responsible for account, website, billing-support, and service-operations data described here. For personal information contained in mailboxes or social content that a business customer connects, Stamuy generally acts as that customer’s service provider or processor. A data processing agreement is available at privacy@stamuy.com.
2. Data we process
We receive data from you, connected Microsoft/X/Instagram/TikTok/Facebook accounts at your direction, Dodo Payments, and technical systems used to operate Stamuy. Do not connect accounts or upload content you are not authorized to manage.
3. How and why we use information
We do not sell personal information, use mailbox or social-content data for targeted advertising, or train general-purpose AI models on connected content. Automated OTP highlighting assists retrieval but does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
4. When information is disclosed
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:
- Dodo Payments and payment providers for checkout, fraud prevention, tax, and refunds;
- Microsoft and connected social platforms when you authorize access or instruct a send/publish action;
- hosting, database, storage, authentication, monitoring, analytics, email, and support providers acting under contract for Stamuy;
- professional advisers, government authorities, or transaction parties when required by law, needed to protect rights and security, or involved in a merger, financing, or sale.
Our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Contact us for the current service-provider list.
5. Retention and deletion
6. Security and your controls
We use measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport, restricted staff access, secrets management, logging, and vendor review. No internet system is perfectly secure. Use strong unique passwords and multi-factor authentication with connected providers. You can revoke a connection in the provider’s security settings; doing so may stop the related Stamuy feature.
7. U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling. Where applicable, you may also limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and appeal a denied request. Stamuy does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email privacy@stamuy.com. We may verify your identity and authority as permitted by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where state law allows. If your information belongs to a customer-controlled mailbox or social account, we may direct your request to that customer.
8. Children, changes, and contact
Stamuy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy as products or law change; material changes will be highlighted or notified where required.
