The rules for using Stamuy’s Inbox Manager, Social Manager, website, and related paid access plans.

1. Who we are and what we provide
These Terms form a contract between you and Stamuy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Stamuy,” “we,” “us”). They govern stamuy.com and the following products:
- Inbox Manager: a unified interface for supported Outlook mailboxes, including reading messages, highlighting likely one-time passcodes (“OTPs”), and composing or sending messages at your direction.
- Social Manager: tools to upload, schedule, and publish content to supported X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts and view available analytics.
Connected-platform functionality depends on permissions you grant and on third-party APIs, account types, regional availability, rate limits, and policies. Stamuy is an independent service and is not endorsed by Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, or X.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and permissions
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your Stamuy account.
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. When connecting an account, you authorize Stamuy to access and act on data only within the scopes shown during the provider authorization flow. You can revoke access through Stamuy or the provider. You remain responsible for reviewing recipients, content, scheduling, OTPs, and other actions before relying on or submitting them.
3. Plans, payment, and access periods
Stamuy plans are sold as one-time payments for a fixed access period of 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year, as shown on the website and at checkout. Checkout and payment are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record under its own buyer terms. Taxes, exchange rates, and payment fees may apply as displayed at checkout.
There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Your access period starts when your payment is confirmed and ends automatically when it expires. To keep using a plan, you may make a new purchase. Unused time is not prorated except where required by law. Price changes apply only to future purchases.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a voluntary 14-day first-purchase promise. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Stamuy to:
- access, monitor, or control any mailbox or social account without permission;
- send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful promotions, malware, or content that infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights;
- harvest credentials or OTPs, defeat security controls, impersonate others, or facilitate account takeover or fraud;
- interfere with the service, probe it without written permission, circumvent usage limits, resell access, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits;
- violate connected-platform rules or applicable law.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, Stamuy, or third parties, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your messages, media, posts, and other content. You grant Stamuy a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you upload or publish.
Stamuy sends or publishes content only at your instruction or according to schedules you configure. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, recipients, audience, disclosures, music/media rights, and platform compliance of that content. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services, changes, and availability
Third-party platforms may change or withdraw APIs and permissions without notice. We may modify features to remain compatible, secure, and compliant. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide any refund required by law or our Refund Policy for the unused part of an active access period.
We use reasonable care to provide the service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. OTP detection and analytics are convenience features and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not use Stamuy as the sole method for emergency, safety-critical, regulated, or time-sensitive communications.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Consumer statutory guarantees remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamuy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or loss caused by third-party platforms, user instructions, unauthorized account use, or content. For claims that may lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of fees you paid to Stamuy in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.
8. Termination, governing law, and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. Because plans do not renew, no cancellation is needed to avoid future charges. We may terminate for a material breach that is not cured after reasonable notice, repeated misuse, legal necessity, or a serious security threat. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be communicated as required.
